Our vision is to make the best cities to work for in Latin America

In 2016 we started the Labor Competitiveness program as a committee in the Ciudad Juárez Economic Development business association. The members of the committee agree with the idea that the labor market and talent are key pieces in the economic development of a region, therefore, we have dedicated ourselves to institutionalize this objective through our program.

In this way, we bring together some of the most important companies in Juárez, with the shared vision of improving the labor market and generating a higher quality of life for employees, through research, data analysis, public policy, dialogue and the implementation of activities that meet these ends, always highlighting the productivity, efficiency and stability of the labor market and its ability to provide a better level of prosperity for all.
